摘要
"形势与政策"课程是高校落实立德树人根本任务的重要课程.师资队伍是优质课程建设的重要基础,"形势与政策"课程师资建设要把握课程本体规范性和师资目标新使命两个维度的时代价值,持续挖掘铸魂育人、知行合一、启智润心的师资建设新内涵,积极开展师资建设创新探索.师资构建方式包括做好顶层设计完善"四个推进","校内+校外""专任+兼职"师资联动,"线上+线下"师资智慧化建设,建立"准入+退出"全过程评价督导等多项措施.通过有效发挥师资团队的联动协同效力,努力建设一支结构合理、专兼结合、数量充足、政治业务双强的师资队伍.
Abstract
"Situation and Policy"is an important course for the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating virtues and morality in colleges and universities,and teaching team is the foundation for the construction of high-quality courses. The value of the times of the two dimensions,namely,the normative nature of the course ontology and the new mission of teachers should be grasped in the teaching team's construction. The continuous exploration of the new connotation of the teaching team's construction of casting spirit and educating people,reaching the unity of knowledge and action,realizing enlightenment and wisdom,and the active encouragement for teachers to conduct innovative exploration for improvement are also necessary. The way to construct the teaching team includes many measures such as making a good top-level design and improving the"four advances"policy,accumulating synergy efforts of"on-campus+off-campus","full-time+part-time"teachers,"online+offline"intelligence construction of the teaching team,and the establishment of"entry+exit"whole process evaluation and supervision and so on. By effectively exerting the synergy efforts of the teaching team,we endeavor to build a teaching team with a reasonable structure,a good combination of full-time and part-time teachers,sufficient teachers,and strong political and business skills.
