摘要

基于提出的新能源电池化概念,制定电池化标准目标,实现换电标准化管理系统.采用二阶电路等效电池模型及相应的荷电状态实时估计算法,结合模拟前端芯片ml5238和ml610q486单片机,实现标准化换电电池管理系统的核心,实现一种可以投入商业应用的新型电池管理系统,其处理时间小于100 μs,准确率高达99.2%,成本比同类系统降低30%.

Abstract

Based on the proposed concept of new energy battery,the goal of battery standards was formulated,and the battery management system for battery replacement standardization was established.Using the second-order circuit equivalent battery model and corresponding real-time estimation algorithm for the charge state,combined with analog front-end chips ml5238 and ml610q486 microcontrollers,the core of a standardized battery management system was implemented,and a new battery management system that can be put into commercial application was realized.The system with a processing time of less than 100 μs,an accuracy rate of up to 99.2%,and a cost reduction of 30%compared to similar systems.
