Talents are not only a valuable resource to promote rural revitalization,but also an inexhaustible driving force to lead rural development.The in-depth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the continuous input of various policy resources have provided development space and employment opportunities for rural college students to return home for employment.At the same time,rural college students lack advantages in terms of employment environment and conditions,and the employment problem is even more severe.The continuous improvement of rural facilities and environment as well as the continuous support of various policy resources make rural college students'willingness to return to their hometown for employment increasingly strong,but their employment knowledge and skills urgently need to be adjusted and supplemented in real time according to the development of rural villages.Therefore,the return of rural college students for employment can not only meet the needs of talent support for rural revitalization,but also effectively solve the employment problem of rural college students,improve the economic situation of rural families,and help urban and rural common prosperity.Based on the talent development needs of rural revitalization and the employment problems of rural college students,the employment opportunities brought by rural revitalization for rural college students as well as the employment adjustment and filling of students themselves were deeply analyzed,and targeted proposals were put forward.
