The Chinese modernization has put forward new requirements for the quality of talents training in universities.To cope with the new situation and new opportunities of building a powerful education country,the construction of academic style in colleges and universities is an important factor affecting the cultivation of talents and an important support for achieving high-quality connotative development.As one of the types of higher education in our country,application-oriented undergraduate universities have specific connotation and characteristics,and their personnel training and learning style should also have distinct characteristics.In order to provide valuable reference for the reform of higher education in China,promote the high-quality development of talents training in the new era,and cultivate Socialist builders and successors of generations with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetic and labor,under the background of"five educations in concert",its internal connection with the construction of academic atmosphere in colleges and universities was expounded,the concept of"five educations in concert"was integrated with the process of the construction of academic atmosphere in application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities,and the way of cultivating excellent academic atmosphere in line with the development of society from the"morality,intelligence,physical education,aesthetic and labor"was explored.
