教育家精神蕴含着丰富的科学内涵,能够为高校辅导员职业精神培育提供不竭源泉.教育家精神与高校辅导员职业精神具有内在耦合性,体现在两者文化基因的一致性、价值目标的契合性、实践内容的融通性3个方面.将教育家精神融入辅导员职业精神培育有利于高校辅导员增强职业认同、引入职业情感、提升职业能力,发挥教育家精神对高校辅导员职业精神培育的赋能作用应从明确理念设计、强化主体意识、完善平台建设、优化机制保障4个方面着手.
Abstract
The educator's spirit contains rich scientific connotation and can provide an inexhaustible source for the cultivation of professional spirit of college counselors.The spirit of educator and the professional spirit of college counselors are intrinsically coupled,which is reflected in the consistency of their cultural genes,the compatibility of their value goals,and the integration of their practical contents.Integrating educator's spirit into the cultivation of counselors'professional spirit is helpful for college counselors to strengthen their professional identity,introduce professional emotion,and improve their professional competence.The invigorating effect of educator's spirit on the cultivation of counselors'professional spirit in colleges and universities should start from four aspects:clarifying the conceptual design,reinforcing the awareness of the main body,perfecting the construction of the platform,and optimizing the mechanism and guarantee.
