摘要

在全球数字化技术高速发展推动下,高等教育数字化转型面临机遇和挑战,作为以培养应用型人才为目标的地方高校也亟待实现数字赋能下的高质量发展.以地方应用型高校为研究视角,分析数字化转型背景下地方应用型高校教学现状及困境,探索建立适合应用型高校定位及人才培养目标,构建"以学习者为中心",以"知识习得—技能习得—实践实习—成果产出"的过程性协同融合教学模式,以此推进数字赋能协同融合的教学模式改革.

Abstract

Driven by the rapid development of global digital technology,the digital transformation of higher education is facing both opportunities and challenges.As a local universities aiming at cultivating application-oriented talents,it is also urgent to realize high-quality development under digital empowerment.From the research perspective of local application-oriented colleges and universities,the teaching status and difficulties of local application-oriented colleges and universities under the background of digital transformation were analyzed,the positioning and talent training goals suitable for application-oriented colleges and universities were explored and established,and a collaborative and integrated teaching model taking the learner as center and taking"knowledge acquisition-skill acquisition-practice-outcome output"as procedure was constructed,so as to promote the reform of the teaching system of collaborative integration of digital empowerment.
