Surey on the Influence of Learning Engagement on Learning Satisfaction from the Perspective of"Golden Course"in Applied Undergraduate Universities in Bengbu
In-depth analysis of undergraduate students'learning engagement on"golden course"of business administration and its impact on their learning satisfaction is conducive to improving the teaching quality of undergraduate higher education and cultivating innovative and outstanding talents in business administration.Based on the survey data of applied undergraduate universities in Bengbu City in 2022,the effects of cognitive input,behavioral input and emotional input on learning satisfaction by using the multi-classification ordered Logistic model was empirically analyzed.The results show that cognitive input and behavioral input can significantly improve learning satisfaction.However,affected by the learning environment and curriculum characteristics,emotional input has no obvious effect on learning satisfaction.Based on this,countermeasures and suggestions from three level,such as education administration department,colleges and universities and students were put forward.
