摘要
在实施乡村振兴战略背景下,大学生返乡创业逐渐成为新潮流,成为加快乡村振兴的重要推力.大学生返乡创业有利于打破农村人才资源匮乏的瓶颈.现阶段,返乡创业的大学生面临着创业综合能力不足、自主创业意识不强、创业保障体系不全等诸多困境.为摆脱这些困境,大学生应当努力锻炼创业综合能力,高校应当加强大学生自主创业意识,政府应当健全大学生创业保障体系.在推动乡村振兴进程中,充分发挥大学生的生力军作用.
Abstract
Under the background of the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,college students returning home to start their own businesses has gradually become a new trend and an important thrust to accelerate rural revitalization.College students returning home to start their own businesses is conducive to breaking the bottleneck of the lack of talent resources in rural areas.At present,the college students who go back to their hometown to start their own business are faced with many difficulties,such as lack of comprehensive entrepreneurial ability,weak sense of self-entrepreneurship,and incomplete entrepreneurial security system.In order to get rid of these difficulties,college students should work hard to exercise the comprehensive ability of entrepreneurship,colleges and universities should strengthen college students'consciousness of self-employment,and the government should improve the guarantee system of college students'entrepreneurship.In the process of promoting rural revitalization,give full play to the role of college students as a fresh force.
