Analysis and Countermeasures on Slow Employment Factors of Highly Skilled Talents Cultivated in Segmented Cultivation of Higher Vocational and Undergraduate Programmes——Take Chengdu Aeronautic Polytechnic as an example
With the rapid development of science and technology and industry,the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises in the field of production,learning and research has been deepening,and more and more enterprises are increasing their demand for and attention to highly skilled talents.However,the number of students in probationary employment in this program is increasing year by year.Through research,it is found that the phenomenon of deferred employment is not only related to students'factors but also closely related to the education and management mode of schools,the needs of enterprises and the social employment environment.To address these problems,schools can improve graduates'competitiveness in employment and career development by strengthening students'psychological counseling and career planning,optimizing the school's cultivation and management system,raising parents'awareness and promoting home-school cooperation,strengthening school-enterprise cooperation in response to the needs of enterprises,and paying attention to changes in the situation and strengthening the ability to interpret policies.
