职业院校1+X证书与人社部门技能人才评价证书融通发展探究——以"物流管理"与"物流服务师"证书为例

近年国家高度重视技能人才成长成才,持续释放政策红利,全面推行职业技能等级制度,建立健全职业院校技能人才培养体系,大力支持职业教育发展,鼓励职业院校培养更多社会急需紧缺高技能人才.通过1+X证书制度与技能人才评价制度对比分析,以职业院校1+X物流管理职业技能等级证书(以下简称1+X证书)与人社部门技能人才评价证书"物流服务师"职业技能等级证书(以下简称评价证书)为例,从政策体系、职业定位、标准规范等各方面展开研究分析,结合"职+技"融通典型案例,提出两种证书(制度)融合发展、贯通培养技能人才的路径与策略,以推进物流专业人才培养更上新台阶.
Exploration of the Integration and Development of Vocational College 1+X Certificate and Human Resources and Social Security Department Skilled Talent Evaluation Certificate——Take"Logistics Management"and"Logistics Service Engineer"Certificates as Examples
In recent years,the country has attached great importance to the growth and development of skilled talents,continuously releasing policy dividends,comprehensively promoting the vocational skill level system,establishing and improving the vocational college skill talent training system,vigorously supporting the development of vocational education,and encouraging vocational colleges to cultivate more highly skilled talents urgently needed by society.Through a comparative analysis of the 1+X certificate system and the skill talent evaluation system,this study takes the 1+X logistics management vocational skill certificate(hereinafter referred to as the 1+X certificate)and the human resources department skill talent evaluation certificate"logistics service engineer"vocational skill certificate(hereinafter referred to as the evaluation certificate)as examples,conducts research and analysis from various aspects such as policy system,career positioning,standard specifications,etc.,and combines with typical cases of"vocational+technical"integration,proposing a path and strategy for the integration and development of two types of certificates(systems)and the cultivation of skilled talents to promote the training of logistics professionals to a new level.
