Analysis of The Current Situation and Countermeasures of Training"Double Competency"Teaching Staff in Higher vocational Colleges under the Background of"Three Integrations"
The report of the Twentieth National Congress of the CPC creatively puts forward the idea of coordinating the collabora-tive innovation of higher education,vocational education,and continuing education;promoting the integration of vocational and gen-eral education,the integration of industry with education,and the convergence of science and education;and optimizing the type posi-tioning of vocational education."Three integrations"(the integration of vocational and general education,the integration of industry with education,and the convergence of science and education)is an important ideological initiative to open up a new track of voca-tional education,and it puts forward newer and higher requirements for the connotative development of vocational colleges and the cultivation of applied talents,i.e.,the cultivation of learning and skillful talents for the society of the future.Under the background of"three integration",higher vocational colleges have to strengthen the construction of a"double competency"teachers team to com-plete its function,enhance its core competitiveness,and escort the sustainable development of teachers and the cultivation of high-quality workers.At present,"double competency"teachers in higher vocational colleges have the problems of insufficient quantity and practical ability,insufficient incentive mechanism,and insufficiently optimized team structure.In this regard,the government needs to establish and improve the guarantee mechanism for the construction of"double competency"teachers,enterprises should take the initiative to provide a good platform and working environment for them to get on-the-job training,and higher vocational col-leges and universities should take effective measures to stimulate the growth of"dual-teacher"teachers.
