Research on the Cultivation Path of Field Engineer Core Competence in Aviation Equipment Manufacturing Industry
Against the backdrop of the continued rapid development of the global aviation industry,the core competence of field engineers in the aviation equipment manufacturing industry has become a key factor in determining the competitiveness of the indus-try.This paper discusses the core competence required by field engineers in the aviation equipment manufacturing industry,analyzes the current situation and challenge of competence training,and puts forward the targeted training path.Through the course reform,ad-vanced equipment and school-enterprise cooperation,and other ways to continue to improve the field engineer's team cooperation abil-ity,technological ability,innovation ability,field problem-solving ability,learning ability,and other core abilities,aiming to train more high-quality and efficient field engineers for China's aviation equipment manufacturing industry,so as to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the industry.
