摘要
除冰套是飞机气动除冰系统的重要组成部件,通过周期性膨胀除去机尾翼前缘的积冰,为飞机结冰时的安全飞行提供保障.除冰套的正确使用和日常维护是保障除冰套完整性和获得良好除冰性能的前提和基础,因此除冰套的安装、操作应严格按照程序执行.同时除冰套随飞机运营还会出现各种物理性损伤和性能降低情况,需通过加强日常检查,及时发现使用损伤并采取相应的维护和修补措施,保障飞机除冰套的完整性和功能执行状态,从而为安装除冰套的其他机型提供参考.
Abstract
The de-icing boot is an important component of the aerodynamic de-icing system of the aircraft,which removes the ice accumulated on the leading edge of the tail wing through periodic expansion,providing a guarantee for the safe flight of the aircraft in case of icing.The correct use and routine maintenance of the de-icing jacket is the prerequisite and basis for ensuring the integrity of the de-icing jacket and obtaining good de-icing performance,therefore the installation and operation of the de-icing jacket should be carried out in strict accordance with the procedures.At the same time,the de-icing jacket is subject to physical damage and perfor-mance degradation as the aircraft is operated.The integrity and functionality of the de-icing jacket is ensured by strengthening the dai-ly inspection to detect the damage in time and take corresponding maintenance and repair measures,which will provide a reference for other aircraft models installed with de-icing jackets.
