面向航空发动机叶片加工的滚球法刀位求解技术研究

针对航空发动机叶片五轴加工过程,可以运用一个新的刀具位置求解算法.通过沿着刀具轨迹滚动一个可变半径的球刀并定位刀具来切削曲面,对于每个网格点计算得到一个伪半径,并从中选出最合适的半径作为滚球半径.这就避免了典型的传统循环检测干涉,摆动刀具直到没有过切的方法,易于执行且便于计算.最后通过仿真和切削实验,验证了提出的叶片加工过程滚球法刀位求解方法的可行性和正确性.
Research on Tool Position Solving Technology of Rolling Ball Method for Aero-Engine Blade Machining
For the five-axis machining process of aero-engine blades,a new tool position algorithm is proposed.By rolling a vari-able-radius ball cutter along the tool path and positioning the tool to cut the curved surface,a pseudo-radius is calculated for each grid point,and the most appropriate radius is selected as the rolling ball radius.This method avoids the typical traditional cycle detection interference and swings the tool until there is no overcut,which is easy to implement and easy to calculate.Finally,through simulation and cutting experiments,the feasibility and correctness of the proposed rolling ball method tool position solution method in the blade machining process are verified.
