新质生产力的提出,是基于我国经济发展的实际情况和大国间的竞争态势,它紧扣着推动经济高质量发展和实现中国式现代化的时代脉搏.与传统生产力相比,新质生产力在驱动能力、支撑载体、发展方式以及生产力要素等方面均展现出独特优势.其核心在于通过科技创新,实现关键性、颠覆性的技术突破,从而引领生产力的新变革.新质生产力为中国式现代化提供理论逻辑层面的支持,通过生产力发展、科技创新、产业升级、社会转型等方面,推动中国式现代化的实现.因此,在新质生产力助推中国式现代化的过程中,必须增强内在动力,加快突破关键核心技术;培育支撑载体,着力促进实体经济创新发展;强化持续保障,推动建设现代产业体系.
Abstract
The proposal of new quality productive forces is based on the actual situation of China's economic development and the competitive situation among major countries.It closely follows the pulse of the times to promote high-quality economic development and realize Chinese-style modernization.Compared with traditional productivity,new quality productive forces show unique advantag-es in driving ability,supporting carrier,development mode,and productivity factors.Its core is to achieve key and subversive techno-logical breakthroughs through scientific and technological innovation,thus leading to new changes in productivity.New quality pro-ductive forces provide theoretical and logical support for Chinese modernization and promote the realization of Chinese moderniza-tion through productivity development,scientific and technological innovation,industrial upgrading,and social transformation.There-fore,in the process of promoting Chinese-style modernization with the new quality of productive forces,it is necessary to strengthen the intrinsic motivation,accelerate the breakthrough of key core technologies,cultivate support carriers,promote the innovation and development of the real economy,strengthen continuous protection,and promote the construction of a modern industrial system.
