The Value Implication,Realistic Dilemma,and Implementation Path of Cultivating Intelligent Manufacturing Field Engineers in Higher Vocational Colleges
Intelligent manufacturing field engineers are executors of advanced technology applications and experts in solving un-expected problems.They are key forces in the development of the intelligent manufacturing industry.There are practical difficulties faced by the training of intelligent manufacturing field engineers,such as broad and deep knowledge system requirements,relatively weak hands-on practical abilities,and the urgent need for innovation in traditional talent training models.As a result,higher vocational colleges should build a new education model from three aspects:top-level design,course optimization,and platform building.They can strengthen communication and cooperation between schools and enterprises for the dynamic demands of the industry.They can ad-just and optimize talent training plans to achieve effective supply-demand integration.They can improve curriculum system design to deepen the reform of training content.They can create a practical-oriented training environment to strengthen the practical teaching ability of intelligent manufacturing field engineers.
