产教融合背景下无人机系统应用技术专业人才培养研究

随着教育部职教本科办学相关文件的制定与颁布,开展本科层次无人机系统应用技术专业人才培养的外部环境已经形成,但尚未成熟,急需开展相关本科层次人才培养的探索.目前无人机专科学生人才培养注重操作,缺少系统理论知识,普通高等本科侧重于专业理论知识教育,缺少实际应用经验,无法满足无人机产业发展的需求.在产教融合背景下需要将产业任职岗位和专业教学内涵相结合,从产业结构需求、任职岗位、课程设置以及校企协同育人等方面,构建专业教育和产业融合发展路径,为职教本科专业产教融合人才培养提供新的思路.
Research on Talent Cultivation of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle System Application Technology Professionals in the Context of Deep Integration between Industry and Education
With the formulation and issuance of relevant documents on undergraduate in vocational education by the Ministry of Education,the external environment for cultivating undergraduate-level talents in unmanned aerial vehicle system application technol-ogy has been formed,but it is not yet mature,and there is an urgent need to explore the cultivation of relevant undergraduate level tal-ents.At present,the training of UAV students focuses on the operation and lacks systematic theoretical knowledge,while the general higher education undergraduate focuses on professional theoretical knowledge education and lacks practical application experience,which is unable to meet the needs of the development of this industry.In the context of deep integration between industry and educa-tion,it is necessary to combine industrial job positions with professional teaching and construct a path for the development of profes-sional education and industry integration from the aspects of industrial structural demands,posts,curricula,and collaborative educa-tion between schools and enterprises,to provide a new way of thinking for the cultivation of talents in vocational undergraduate ma-jors in the integration between industry and education.
