高职院校"中文+职业技能"国际化人才培养路径探索——以成都航空职业技术学院为例

摘要
随着教育对外开放的深入推进和"一带一路"倡议的持续发力,我国职业教育国际化发展进入了"推进国际中文教育和职业教育融合发展"的新阶段,"中文+职业技能"国际化人才培养迎来了新的历史机遇.高职院校应主动探索多元化的"中文+职业技能"人才培养模式,强化教学资源建设,加强国际化师资培养,走一条符合职业教育发展规律的"中文+职业技能"国际化人才培养道路.这对推动构建"中文+职业技能"教育新体系、提升高职院校国际化水平、提高我国职业教育国际认可度具有重要的现实意义.
Abstract
With the deepening globalization of education and the ongoing impetus of the"Belt and Road"initiative,the interna-tionalization of vocational education in China has entered a new phase characterized by"advancing the integration and development of international Chinese language education and vocational education."This evolution presents a novel historical opportunity for the cultivation of international talents in"Chinese language and vocational skills."Higher vocational colleges are encouraged to actively explore diverse modes of vocational education talent cultivation,strengthen the construction of teaching resources,enhance the train-ing of international teachers,and pursue the path of"Chinese language and vocational skills"international talent cultivation in align-ment with the development law of vocational education.Such endeavors hold significant practical implications for advancing the es-tablishment of a new,high-quality system in"Chinese language and vocational skills,"elevating the internationalization level of high-er vocational colleges,and improving the international recognition of vocational education in China.
