Realistic Dilemmas and Practical Paths for Higher Vocational Colleges to Fulfill the Function of Social Service——Taking Anhui Technical College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering as an Example
Social service is the inherent duty to enhance the adaptability of vocational education and an inevitable choice for high-er vocational colleges to achieve high-quality development.This article focuses on prominent issues such as insufficient internal driv-ing force,weak supply capacity,and limited radiation impact of vocational colleges in providing social services.Using the case analy-sis method to analyze the social service model of Anhui Technical College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering,which provides an example of how higher vocational colleges can carry out social services.Based on this,it is proposed that higher vocational colleg-es should strive to achieve three transformations:from"unitary governance"to"pluralistic participation"in service subjects;from"singular form"to"multiple forms"in content design;and from"individual operation"to"collaborative construction"in action im-plementation.
