Development Evaluation of Teachers in Five-Year Higher Vocational Education:Value,Standards, and Methods
The evaluation of teacher development is the key to achieving the integrated education evaluation of five-year higher vo-cational education. The traditional teacher development evaluation is characterized by"five-dimensional",classroom-oriented,and unified, which cannot effectively promote the individualized, professional, and sustainable development of teachers, nor reflect the characteristics of five-year higher vocational education and management.Based on the diversity of teacher development in five-year higher vocational education, the current evaluation should be conducted from multiple dimensions such as teachers'professional ethics, abilities, attitudes, and performance, focusing on student development and the"three education"reforms(teaching materials, teaching methods, and teachers).Furthermore, the results of these evaluations should be actively utilized to guide teachers in self-re-flection,thereby continuously optimizing the training process and enhancing management levels, ultimately promoting the comprehen-sive development of the teaching team.
