有组织科研视角下航空特色高职院校服务航空军工企业应用技术创新的研究与实践

摘要
航空特色高职院校有效服务航空军工企业应用技术创新需建立一套成熟的有组织科研工作模式.分析航空特色高职院校与航空军工企业的关系,可以对产学研教育模式下的科研工作进行准确定位,并从制度建设、校企深入合作、创新科技平台、完善科研育人机制等方面进行研究与探索,为航空类高职院校在有组织科研模式下服务航空军工企业中应用技术创新提供有益的理论指导和实践经验.
Abstract
The effective service of aviation vocational colleges for technological innovation in aviation military enterprises re-quires the establishment of a mature and organized scientific research work model.By analyzing the relationship between aviation vo-cational colleges and aviation military enterprises,accurately positioning scientific research work under the industry-university re-search education model,and conducting research and exploration from the aspects of institutional construction,in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises,innovative technology platforms,and improving scientific research and education mech-anisms,this can provide useful theoretical guidance and practical experience for aviation vocational colleges to apply technological innovation in serving aviation military enterprises under the organized scientific research model.
