基于FEKO的翼面前缘隐身功能件RCS研究

吸波结构设计已经成为飞行器隐身设计的重要发展方向.利用标准平板件,通过与其雷达散射截面理论解的对比,可以验证电磁仿真分析流程与方法的可行性与准确性.通过对平板件结构电磁参数的变参分析,可得到电磁参数对平板RCS(Radar Cross Section)的影响.结合工程实际,对比全金属翼面前缘结构和透波蒙皮与吸波泡沫组合的翼面隐身前缘的RCS值.结果表明,由透波蒙皮、吸波泡沫和反射层组合的翼面前缘隐身功能件可以大幅提高结构的隐身能力.
Research on RCS of Wing Leading Edge Stealth Functional Components Based on FEKO
The design of absorbing structures has become an important development direction for aircraft stealth design.The paper has verified the feasibility and accuracy of the electromagnetic simulation analysis process and method by comparing it with the theo-retical solution of its radar scattering cross-section using standard flat pieces.The influence of electromagnetic parameters on flat plate RCS(Radar Cross section)was obtained through variable parameter analysis of the electromagnetic parameters of the flat plate struc-ture.Combining with the engineering practice,the RCS values of the all-metal wing leading edge structure and the wing stealth lead-ing edge of the combination of wave-transmitting skin and wave-absorbing foam are compared.The results show that the leading edge stealth functional part of the wing surface composed of wave-transmitting skin,wave-absorbing foam,and reflective layer can greatly improve the stealth capability of the structure.
