摘要
为提高签派员的胜任力,减少航空公司因签派员人为原因导致的不安全事件,通过梳理传统"签派资源管理"模块训练存在的不足,以波音B737-800飞机执行"广州—乌鲁木齐"航线为例,融入动态桌面推演理念,完成训练脚本设计,弥补签派员胜任力短板.研究建议:设计训练脚本应从深入一线调研、融入行业热点和持续优化教案三个方面展开,持续做好训练脚本研发、测试、实施和优化的闭环管理.
Abstract
To improve the competence of dispatchers and reduce the number of unsafe events caused by dispatchers,this paper in-vestigates the deficiencies in the training of the traditional"dispatch resource management"module.Taking the Boeing B737-800 air-craft on the"Guangzhou-Urumqi"route as an example,we integrated the concept of dynamic desktop rehearsal and completed the de-sign of the training script to make up for the shortcomings of the dispatcher's competence.The research suggests that the design of training scripts should be carried out in three aspects:in-depth research,integration of industry hotspots,and continuous optimization of lesson plans,and the closed-loop management of the development,testing,implementation,and optimization of training scripts should be carried out continuously.
