Analysis of the Connotation and Characteristics of Vocational Education Regulations in Sichuan Province
Vocational Education Regulations in Sichuan Province are an overall plan based on the reform,innovation of vocational education,and overall economic and social development in Sichuan Province,also act as an important action to implement the New Vocational Education Law at the local level.Based on the superior legislation,the Regulations revise its content and form a structural system of 8 chapters,74 articles,reflecting the five main characteristics:contemporary,practical,local,systematic and innovative.As an important achievement in the construction of the rule of law in vocational education nationwide,the Regulations provide valuable experience for local legislative work in vocational education.
