In Depth Exploration of Vocational Education in Sichuan Aviation:Current Situation,Challenges and Countermeasures Research
With the advancement of the construction of a manufacturing power,the aviation industry has a surge in demand for tal-ents at all levels,especially technical skills.With the"three-line"construction of aviation industry accumulation and the new position-ing of the national strategic hinterland,the development of aviation vocational education has attracted much attention.Through data analysis and policy interpretation,this paper comprehensively examines the current situation and challenges of Sichuan Airlines voca-tional education in terms of integration of industry and education,school-enterprise cooperation,talent training,and technical servic-es.In view of the problems,strategies such as strengthening government support,deepening school-enterprise cooperation,optimizing resource allocation,adjusting professional settings and strengthening the construction of teachers are proposed,aiming to provide theo-retical support and practical guidance for Sichuan Aviation vocational education and promote the development of education service in-dustry.
