An Analysis of the Optimization Strategies for the Construction of Double-Qudified Teacher Teams in Aviation Vocational Colleges in the Western Region
In the context of the rapid development of the aviation industry and the country's increasing demand for talent cultiva-tion,the construction of the double-qualified teacher team in aviation vocational colleges in the western region holds great signifi-cance.This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of its construction situation and propose optimization strategies.Through meth-ods such as literature review,case analysis,and comparative research,it has been found that eight aviation vocational colleges in the western region have achieved certain results in standard formulation,training and development,platform construction,and other as-pects.However,there are issues such as an unreasonable quantity and structure of double-qualified teachers,imperfections in the train-ing and development mechanism,and inadequate incentive and assessment mechanisms.Based on this,optimization strategies such as intensifying efforts in cultivation and recruitment,improving the training mechanism,perfecting the incentive and assessment mecha-nism,and strengthening industry-university cooperation are proposed,with the goal of promoting sustainable and high-quality devel-opment of the team and providing valuable references for relevant colleges.
