高职院校在精神文化、物质文化、制度文化、行业文化等方面具有显性熏陶和政策创新优势,将其融入定向军士人才培养,对部队新质生产力快速转化为新质战斗力具有重要意义.文化资源融入军士人才培养时,应坚持擦亮政治底色把准育人方向、军民深度融合立足任职岗位等基本原则,在创新德育文化传承、推进智育文化发展、创新文化融合等方面同步发力,为世界一流军队建设培养更多留得住、用得上、有发展的新一代革命军人.
Abstract
Higher vocational colleges have the advantages of professional quality,explicit edification and policy innovation in the aspects of spiritual culture,material culture and system culture,which is of great significance for the rapid transformation of new qual-ity productivity into new quality combat effectiveness.When cultural resources are integrated into the training of NCO personnel,we should adhere to the basic principles of shining the political background,making the orientation of quasi-education and the deep inte-gration of the military and civilian based on their posts,and make simultaneous efforts in innovating the inheritance of moral educa-tion and culture,promoting the development of intellectual education and culture,and innovating cultural integration,so as to train more new generation of revolutionary soldiers who can be retained,used and developed for the construction of the world-class army.
