产教融合背景下高职院校实践教学体系的构建与探索

摘要
在产教融合的背景下,高职院校作为培养高素质技术技能人才的重要基地,其实践教学体系的构建尤为重要,这一体系的构建对于"双师型"教师培养具有重要意义.目前,这一体系的构建工作存在校外实践教学合作方式不够稳固,实践教学组织与管理过程不够规范,对实践教学的监管不够严格,教师实践教学能力有待提升等问题.对此,高职院校需积极拓展优质校外资源,促进合作共赢;改变现有实践教学方案,实现与时俱进;完善实践教学监管环节,推动产教融合;加强实践教学师资建设,提升教学质量,以强化实践教学成效,推动实践教学体系建设.
Abstract
In the context of the integration of industry and education,as an important base for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents,the construction of a practical teaching system in higher vocational colleges is particularly important.The construc-tion of this system is of great significance to the training of double-qualified teachers.At present,there are some problems in the con-struction of this system,such as the lack of stability in the cooperation mode of off-campus practice teaching,the lack of standardiza-tion in the organization and management process of practice teaching,the lack of strict supervision of practice teaching,and the need to improve teachers'practice teaching ability.In this regard,higher vocational colleges need to actively expand high-quality off-cam-pus resources to promote win-win cooperation;Change the existing practical teaching program to keep pace with the times;improve the supervision of practical teaching and promote the integration of industry and education;Strengthen the construction of practical teaching teachers and improve the quality of teaching,so as to strengthen the effectiveness of practical teaching and promote the con-struction of practical teaching system.
