Construction of Mixed-Ownership Industrial colleges in Vocational Colleges:Dilemmas,Principles and Strategies
Mixed-ownership industrial colleges represent an important innovative form of vocational education.However,in prac-tice,they still face numerous challenges,including legal and policy issues,governance structures,interest mechanisms,and operations and management,which objectively limit the practical exploration of mixed-ownership industrial colleges.To promote the construc-tion of such colleges,it is necessary to adhere to the principles of cultivating students'moral character,prioritizing enterprises,encour-aging innovation with tolerance for mistakes,fostering multi-party collaboration,and implementing contract-based governance.Ef-forts should be made to expedite the improvement of relevant laws,strengthen policy support,enhance the governance system and de-cision-making mechanisms,establish profit distribution and incentive mechanisms,innovate operations and management,and rein-force case studies and experience dissemination.
