Research on Airline Operation Quality Evaluation Based on Operation Reliability
Airline operation quality is the lifeline of airline development,affects airline passenger satisfaction,and is the core com-petitiveness of airlines.In this paper,the evaluation of airline operation quality based on operation reliability is studied.Firstly,on the basis of researching airline operation data,we determined the airline operation quality structure model,including four primary indica-tors and 19 secondary indicators,including maintenance reliability,flight regularity,operation safety and flight economy,secondly,we conducted a questionnaire survey on experts,and utilized a combination of the hierarchical analysis method and entropy weighting method to calculate the weighting of the operation quality indicators,and then obtained the weighting size and importance ranking of the indicators,and finally,the weighting size and importance ranking of the indicators.The weight size and importance ranking of the indexes were calculated,and finally,the gray fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was applied to verify the operation quality of an airline,which proved the effectiveness of the evaluation model,and had certain guiding significance for the airlines to improve their own operation quality and enhance the operation efficiency.
