双循环背景下成都航空货运枢纽建设条件研究

摘要
构建国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局既是我国经济发展的现实需要,又给航空货运枢纽的建设提供了难得契机.成都航空货运枢纽的建设既要符合成都市"十四五"规划和2035年远景目标要求,又要充分考虑成都航空货运业的基本情况.在分析影响的航空货运枢纽关键因素和指标,借鉴国内外航空枢纽建设成功经验的基础上,总结提炼出双循环背景下成都航空货运枢纽建设条件及策略.
Abstract
Building a new development paradigm where domestic and international circulations reinforce each other is not only a practical necessity for China's economic development but also provides a rare opportunity for the construction of aviation cargo hubs.The construction of Chengdu aviation cargo hub must align with Chengdu's"14th Five-Year Plan"and its long-term goals for 2035.At the same time,it should consider the basic situation of Chengdu aviation cargo industry.Based on an analysis of the key indicators and factors influencing the construction of aviation cargo hubs,and drawing on the successful experiences of aviation hub construc-tion both domestically and internationally,this paper summarizes and refines the conditions and strategies for the construction of Chengdu aviation cargo hub under the background of dual-circulation.
