Research on the Transmission Performance of Cycloidal Gear Executive Mechanism
As an important component of EV reducers and hybrid transmissions,the performance of the ac-tuator is not only related to the shifting reliability of the transmission system,but also affects the driving comfort of the entire vehicle.At present,the performance requirements for multi speed reducers and hy-brid transmission actuators in China are constantly improving,and there is an urgent need for performance improvement research in this field.A set of cycloidal gear actuators using brushless motors based on the shifting requirements of reducers and hybrid transmissions was developed.By designing the tooth profile modification of cycloidal gears,a multi body dynamic model was established and the transmission efficiency and fatigue strength of the cycloidal gear transmission mechanism were analyzed.Relevant experiments were conducted to verify the effectiveness,and good results were achieved.
