随着经济发展,家庭收入增多,私家车数量逐步增加,上下班高峰期城市拥堵情况加剧,汽车无法畅通行驶,怠速工况、低速工况等越来越多,而此时加大油门,往往出现动力响应不足,启动慢等现象,原因之一是进气温度高,进气温度高导致进气密度降低及爆震倾向增大,点火提前角推迟,燃烧效率变差,最终导致燃烧效率低,性能下降.如何使进气温度降低越发受到各主机厂重视.通过理论分析和热负荷实验等手段,规划整车进气系统结构,从进气口布置、材料选择等多个方面有效地降低了进气温度.
The Influence of Vehicle's Intake Temperature on Power Performance
With the development of the economy and the increase in household income,the number of pri-vate cars has gradually increased.During the rush hour of commuting,urban congestion has become in-creasingly apparent,and cars cannot travel smoothly.During the period of traffic,there are more and more idle and low-speed conditions.At this time,increasing the throttle often leads to insufficient power re-sponse and slow starting.One of the reasons is the high intake temperature,which leads to a decrease in in-take density and an increase in knock tendency,Delaying the ignition advance angle leads to a decrease in combustion efficiency,ultimately resulting in low combustion efficiency and reduced performance.How to reduce the intake temperature has become increasingly important for various engine manufacturers.By u-sing theoretical analysis and thermal load experiments,the structure of the entire vehicle's intake system was planned.From various aspects such as arrangement of air intake,and selection of materials,the intake temperature has been effectively reduced.
