Advantages of Whole Vehicle Quality Promotion Based on RFK Reference Body
The quality of automotive exterior parts affects the user's first impression when buying a car.Automotive OEMs invest more and more attentions in the refinement of exterior parts.At SAIC Volkswa-gen,By introducing the RFK reference body construction method and increasing the number of RFK con-struction rounds in the batch stage,the consistency and stability of the dimensions of the outer covering parts were controlled.This method takes into account the effects of electrophoresis and pre-deformation of car body parts,which is more in line with the actual production and assembly status.It evaluates the matc-hing status of parts in a local coordinate system,and the displayed complaint issues are more consistent with the complaints of actual car assembly.At present,RFK has achieved good application results in Volk-swagen system vehicle models.
