基于Person相关性分析的转向传动比研究

针对失去行驶能力的汽车,探索在静态条件下检测转向系统是否存在偏差的有效方法,尤其是关键评价指标.使用一套转向传动比测量系统进行实车试验,对方向盘转动的角度、方向盘上转动的力及车轮转动的角度进行同步采集.基于8辆机动车、3种不同汽车种类的实车试验数据,利用Person相关性分析方法,围绕车辆转向传动比进行研究.通过将实验数据分为三段工况,并逐段进行相关性分析,使转向传动比变化情况的一致性得到充分体现,为进一步探究转向传动比作为转向性能表征参数的可行性打下基础.
Research on Steering Transmission Ratio Based on Person Correlation Analysis
Aiming at the vehicle that has lost its driving ability,An effective method is explored to detect whether there is deviation in the steering system under static conditions,especially the key evaluation inde-xes.A set of steering transmission ratio measurement system is used for real vehicle test,and the angle of steering wheel rotation,the force of steering wheel rotation and the angle of wheel rotation are collected synchronously.Based on the real vehicle test data of 8 motor vehicles and 3 different types of vehicles,the steering transmission ratio of vehicles is studied by using the Person correlation analysis method.By divid-ing the experimental data into three working conditions and analyzing the correlation one by one,the consis-tency of the change of steering transmission ratio is fully reflected,which lays a foundation for further ex-ploring the feasibility of steering transmission ratio as a characterization parameter of steering performance.
