Research on Superposition Correction Method Based on the Influence of Temperature on Electrical Clearance Design
Aiming at the contradiction between high voltage electrical safety of new energy vehicles and miniaturization and lightweight of electronic control products.Through the analysis of the key factors af-fecting the electrical safety of high-voltage electronic control products in practical application scenarios;Based on the existing national standards,test data and industry consensus,through the logical reasoning and theoretical analysis of the change of dielectric capacity characteristics of insulating media;The theoreti-cal derivation and design reference are provided for the superposition correction of temperature influence in the design of electrical gap of high voltage electronic control products.A design reference is provided for the safety of electrical clearance design of automotive electrical appliances under the requirements of miniaturi-zation and lightweight.
