Fluid Flow Analysis in Injection Pipe of Electric Drive System Based on CFD Method
Based on the computational fluid dynamics method,the internal flow of the fuel injection pipe in an electric drive system was simulated under multiple operating conditions.The flow rates and velocities of each nozzle were obtained under different operating conditions,the results are compared with the experi-mental results,and the internal flow of the electric drive system under the common working condition of 90 ℃ is analyzed.It shows that the fuel injection ability is greatly affected by the oil temperature,the oil flow rate in the branch pipe increases with the reduction of the pipe diameter,the flow rate and the flow rate at the outlet of each branch pipe are approximately the same,and uniform lubrication and cooling can be achieved at the end of the main pipe far from the inlet,there is a dead water area,and the insertion depth of the branch pipe has a great effect on the flow in the pipe,which needs to be paid more attention in the following optimization.
