对于汽车电驱动系统减速器壳体类零件,通常通过布置加强筋的方式提高其结构强度.以往的壳体类零件加强筋设计多为经验设计,基于有限元分析,探索汽车减速器壳体类零件加强筋优化布置方式,通过分析加强筋分布、形状、尺寸等相关参数对于壳体强度、刚度的影响,得出加强筋优化设计方法.并依托某汽车电驱动系统减速器产品,在经验设计的基础上,结合上述有壳体加强筋优化设计方法,对其壳体加强筋结构进行优化,最终在整体模态和轴承座变形量相当的情况下,实现减速器壳体重量降低5.57%,为后续汽车电驱动系统减速器壳体类零件的加强筋优化以及轻量化设计提供参考.
Optimization Design Method of Reducer Housing Stiffener Based on Finite Element Analysis
For the housing of automobile reducer,the structural strength is usually improved by arranging stiffener.In the past,the design of stiffener for housing is mostly experience design,the optimization ar-rangement of stiffener is explored for the housing of automobile reducer based on finite element analysis,obtained the optimization design method of stiffener by analyzing the influence of the distribution,shape and size of stiffener on the strength and stiffness of the housing.And relying on an automobile reducer product project,on the basis of experience design,combined with the above finite element analysis and the housing stiffener optimization design method,the housing stiffener is optimized,the weight of the shell is reduced by 5.57%when the overall mode and bearing seat deformation changes little,which provides a ref-erence for the stiffener optimization and lightweight design of the subsequent automotive reducer housing.
