Research on Steering Transmission Ratio Based on Comparative Test of Steering Ball Head
Conducting a steering transmission ratio test and collecting data on two trucks with installed and abnormally worn steering ball joints.By dividing the data into three working conditions and analyzing them step by step,it is studied whether the steering transmission ratio can be used as an evaluation index of auto-mobile static steering performance.Based on the test data,the linear regression curve of steering transmis-sion ratio is made,so as to explore whether the linear regression curve of steering transmission ratio can be used as an effective way to distinguish abnormal steering performance.
