Research on Network Public Opinion Coping Strategies for Tourism Crisis Events:Taking the"Snow Village Tour Guide Forced Sale Package Event"as An Example
China's tourism development has entered a fast track,with new tourism formats such as cultural tourism,ecological tourism,ice and snow tourism,and study tours flourishing.With the rapid development of the tourism industry,the frequency of tourism crisis events has increased.We-media platforms such as Weibo,WeChat and Douyin have become the fermentation ground and main communication channel of online public opinion,which also brings challenges to the management of online public opinion of tourism crisis events.This paper takes"Snow Village tour guide forced to sell package tickets event"as a case study,attempts to explore the evolution trend and characteristics of online public opinion of tourism crisis events,and proposes scientific and reasonable online public opinion early warning and coping strategies based on this,so that tourist destinations can effectively resolve negative online public opinions and turn crisis into opportunity.
