Research on Influencing Factors and Strategies of School-based Curriculum Consciousness of Rural Primary School Teachers
The school-based curriculum awareness of rural primary school teachers is the key factor affecting the development and implementation of school-based curriculum.Through the investigation,it is found that the school-based curriculum subject consciousness of rural primary school teachers is weak.There are significant differences between school-based curriculum awareness and teachers'age,teaching age,educational background and school-based curriculum related training times.Teachers'teaching habits and students'participation are significant internal and external factors that affect their school-based curriculum consciousness.Therefore,according to the theory of new endogenous development,the paper puts forward that teachers should strengthen theoretical learning and accumulate practical experience from the internal motivation of stimulating school-based curriculum consciousness of rural primary school teachers.Other strategies include enhancing professional identity,eliminating job burnout,optimizing teaching habits,paying attention to teaching research innovation and other suggestions,forming the external motivation of stimulating teachers'school-based curriculum consciousness.It is suggested that rural schools should increase the relevant investment,perfect the training mechanism,and integrate with students'life to improve students'participation in activities.It is also suggested to create a good atmosphere and construct school culture,so as to promote the school-based curriculum consciousness of rural primary school teachers.
