高校思政课"三三二"教学模式探索——以河北民族师范学院为例

思政课"三三二"教学模式是河北民族师范学院推进思政课改革创新的重要探索,以遵循思政课学科特点及主体性学习理论为理论依据,以贯彻落实国家关于思政课建设系列文件为政治前提,以用好用活地方特色文化资源为资源优势。"三融合、三协同、二融入"(专题化的理论教学模块、项目化的实践教学模块、线上化的自主学习模块"三融合";思政课与学校思政工作协同发展、思政课程与课程思政协同发展、大中小学思政课协同发展"三协同";地方红色文化元素和民族团结教育元素"二融入")教学模式提升了思政课教学实效,助力了学校大思政课建设,强化了铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育,做到了思政课教学"浸润涵养"与"四互四通"相结合,推动了相关课题立项与理论研究成果产出,促进了思政课教师队伍专业发展,成为学校思政课建设持续改进的有利抓手,也为省内外兄弟院校思政课改革创新工作提供了经验借鉴。
Exploration of the"Three-Three-Two"Teaching Model for Ideological and Political Courses in Higher Education Institutions:A Case Study of Hebei Minzu Normal University
The"Three-Three-Two"teaching model is an important exploration in promoting the reform and innovation of ideological and political courses in Hebei Minzu Normal University,based on characteristics of ideological and political courses and the theory of subjectivity in learning,implementing the national series of documents on the construction of ideological and political courses as the political premise,and making good use of local cultural resources as the resource advantage.It refers to the integration of three modules(the integration of specialized theoretical teaching modules,project-based practical teaching modules,and online self-learning modules),collaborative development in three areas(the collaborative development of ideological and political courses and the school's overall ideological and political work,ideological and political courses and the integration of ideological and political education across different courses,and ideological and political courses across primary schools,high schools,and universities),and incorporation of two aspects(the incorporation of local revolutionary cultural elements and ethnic unity education into the curriculum).This teaching model has enhanced the teaching effectiveness of ideological and political courses,supported the construction of a comprehensive ideological and political education system within the university,strengthened the education on fostering a strong sense of national identity,achieved the combination of"nurturing and enriching"with"four interactions and four communications"in the teaching of ideological and political courses,driven the initiation of related research projects.It has also promoted the professional development of ideological and political course teachers,become a favorable starting point for the continuous improvement of school ideological and political course construction,and also provides experience for the reform and innovation of ideological and political courses in other colleges and universities inside and outside the province.
