Based on the training goals of higher vocational colleges and the actual situation of Shijiazhuang College of Applied Technol-ogy, this paper takes the specialty group of automotive technology as an example to build a five-in-one talent training model of "production, college, research, innovation and competition" under the integration of production and education, integrates skills competition, innovation and entrepreneurship concepts into the curriculum system, and explores new ways of collaborative education development through teaching prac-tice in cooperation with enterprises, schools, and research institutions.
