In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it was proposed for the first time to implement the rural revitalization strategy, adhere to the road of rural green development, and promote the integrated development of rural primary, secondary and tertiary industries. Eco-agriculture and ecotourism have natural industrial coupling, and the integrated development of the two can provide an important way for the transformation of economic growth mode and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in rural areas. Ethnic areas are the key and difficult areas for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in China, which have the advantages of rich natural resources and distinctive ethnic cultural characteristics, but their economic foundation is relatively weak, the level of industrial development is low,and the degree of industrial integration is insufficient. Through the integrated development of eco-agriculture and ecotourism, the agricultural industry chain can be effectively extended, the functions of agricultural industry can be expanded, and the economic and social development level of ethnic areas can be improved. At present,in the process of integrated development of eco-agricul-ture and ecotourism in ethnic areas represented by southeast Chongqing, there are still some problems that need to be solved urgently, such as low degree of industrial integration, imperfect integration mechanism, and lack of integration talents. Therefore, this paper proposes to establish the development concept of "great coupling" and build a cultural brand with national characteristics;Strengthen top-level design and overall planning, and improve the industrial integration mechanism;Innovate the talent training system and improve the ability and literacy of employees,so as to contribute to promoting the integrated development of eco-agriculture and ecotourism in ethnic minority areas represented by southeast Chongqing, and then realizing the strategic goal of rural revitalization.
