Digitization is the innovative development trend of integrating sports and tourism development. This paper uses literature analysis and system analysis methods to theoretically analyze and discuss the value chain of the digital development of sports and tourism integration in Hebei Province from the perspective of the value chain model,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the digital development of sports and tourism integration. The research believes that the value chain of digital development of sports and tourism is com-posed of basic activities and supporting activities. The basic activities include five aspects:external logistics,production and operation,mar-keting and sales,service and internal logistics. The support activities cover four areas:human resource management,procurement manage-ment,infrastructure,and technology development. The digital development of sports and tourism integrates the development of sports tourism with the help of cloud computing,Internet of Things,big data and other information technologies,and boosts the digital transformation and upgrading of the sports tourism industry. Countermeasures:digital technology enables sports and tourism integration;strengthen top-level de-sign,improve government policies;establish a professional digital technical personnel team.
