Digital technology is integrated into the development of culture and tourism integration,driving the transformation and upgrading of culture and tourism industry and boosting the high-quality development of culture and tourism integration. This paper applies the theory of value co-creation to explain the four dimensions of economic value co-creation,social value co-creation,protection value co-creation and development value co-creation of culture and tourism integration enabled by digital technology. It also applies the push-pull theory to analyze the driving mechanism of digital technology in terms of how it promotes the integrated devel-opment of the cultural tourism industry through its functions of penetration and intersection,resource integration,cross-border reorga-nization and multiple synergies,with a view to providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the digital transformation of the cultural tourism industry.
