The integrated development model of culture,business and tourism is a new business model combining cultural inher-itance,economic development and diversified needs,which is significantly different from the traditional single business model. From the perspective of industry integration,this paper explores the new mode and new path of cultural,business and tourism integration development in Chengde,Hebei Province. From the aspects of the foundation,opportunities and challenges of the culture,business and tourism integration development in Chengde,according to the current characteristics of Chengde culture and tourism development,development planning requirements and urban development positioning,it accurately grasps the detonation point and breakthrough of tourism growth in Chengde,and quickly establishes the unique image of Chengde culture and tourism on the basis of implementing the new development concept. From the aspects of improving the interactive enabling mechanism of the culture,business and tourism industry,it innovates and creates new scenes of consumption,and comprehensively activates the high-quality characteristic culture,business and tourism consumption in Chengde.
