By taking Zhoukou City of Henan Province as an example,and through tracking and researching local tourist attractions and characteristic attractions,this paper identifies the root problems that constrain the development of rural tourism.The dilemma of isolated operation is an important issue in the transformation of the tourism industry.The research proposes a planning concept of"comprehensive tourism",which involves regional planning of rural tourism and the integration of regional cultural characteristics.Through thinking and analyzing the planning form,functional layout,product planning,and regional characteristics of rural tourism,the design strategies in rural re-vitalization construction and rural tourism planning are explored to make the regional rural tourism design in rural revitalization construction more reasonable,comprehensive,and better serve tourists and local villagers.
