摘要
为促进健身气功运动处方标准化建设,文章运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,以标准化、运动处方等理论为指导,归纳健身气功运动处方标准化的内涵、价值及内容构建,在此基础上,探索健身气功运动处方标准化建设的推进困囿与纾解方略.研究认为,基于健身气功标准化的理论基础,健身气功运动处方标准化的内容构建应以基础标准、研制标准、管理标准、保障标准4个层面为一级指标,细分24个二级指标.对应健身气功运动处方标准化建设的内容构成不具体、研究力度不充足、发展体系不完善、制度体系不健全、人才队伍不成熟等推进困囿,提出健身气功运动处方标准化建设应厘清发展思路、深化理论研究、构建发展体系、健全监督机制、加强人才培养,以期为健身气功运动处方标准化研究提供思路与借鉴,推动健身气功运动处方的规范化、科学化、全球化发展.
Abstract
To promote health qigong exercise prescription standardization construction,this paper USES methods of literature,logic analysis,theory as the instruction,such as standardization,exercise prescription for health qigong exercise prescription standardization connotation,value and contents of constructing are summarized and analyzed,on this basis,to explore the health qigong exercise pre-scription standardization construction propulsion trapped bounded with shu slightly lower solution.Based on the theoretical basis of fit-ness Qigong standardization,the content construction of fitness Qigong exercise prescription standardization should be four levels of bas-ic standard,development standard,management standard and guarantee standard as the first-level indicators,and 24 second-level indicators.In the face of health qigong exercise prescription standardization construction content is not specific,research is not enough,the development system is imperfect,imperfect system,personnel promotion trapped not mature beyond corresponding proposed health qigong exercise prescription should clarify development ideas,deepening the theoretical research of the standardized construction,build a development system,perfect supervision mechanism,strengthen the cultivation of shu solution slightly,In order to provide ideas and reference for the research of fitness Qigong exercise prescription standardization,and promote the standardized,scientific and global development of fitness Qigong exercise prescription.
