带温度补偿的改进型注塑机锁模力传感器设计与实现

目前国内外注塑机行业所使用的实时在线锁模力传感器均为双侧半桥模式,且大部分不带哥林柱温度补偿功能,因此在精度、分辨率等性能上还有较大的提升空间.设计了一款双侧全桥并带哥林柱温度补偿的改进型注塑机锁模力传感器,并进行了上机验证.单个锁模力传感器主要由两片受力敏感片和两片不受力温度补偿片组成,每根哥林柱的两侧各使用一个传感器,组成双侧类全桥电路进行锁模力检测.实验结果表明,与目前行业普遍采用的双侧半桥模式锁模力传感器相比,本改进型传感器在不同锁模力载荷下,精度更高,线性度更好;四个通道的拟合决定系数R2 均在 0.999 7 以上,最大绝对误差为 25 kN,最大相对误差为 3.753%,最大锁模力重复性精度为 2.430%.
Design and Implementation of an Improved Clamping Force Sensor for Injection Molding Machine with Temperature Compensation
Strain gauges sensor is used widely to get real-time clamping force of injection machine,in most cases,two single strain gauge sensors are tied on each side of the tie bar to compose a half-bridge without temperature compensation.An enhanced clamping force sensor for injection molding machine with temperature compensation is constructed and tested.Two force sensitive sheets and two un-stressed temperature compensation sheets make up the majority of a single clamping force sensor.For the purpose of detecting clamping force,a double-sided full-bridge circuit is created using one sensor on either side of each tie-bar.The experimental results demonstrate that the improved clamping force sensor outperforms the widely used double-sided half-bridge mode clamping force sensor in terms of accuracy and linearity under a range of clamping force loads.The values of the coefficient R2 for the fitting of the four channels are all a-bove 0.999 7,the maximum absolute error is 25 kN,the maximum relative error is 3.753%,and the maximum clamping force repeat-ability accuracy is 2.430%.
